Nightingale Review is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit literary journal dedicated to cultivating, amplifying, and celebrating queer (non-heterosexual or non-cisgender) voices. If you identify as LGBTQIA+, nonbinary, or gender nonconforming and have stories to tell, we want to hear from you!
We accept and celebrate all types of literary creative expression from queer authors, from poetry, plays, and general fiction to nonfiction essays and book/movie/music reviews. We also accept art and photography for our cover.
Both established and unpublished writers are welcome. We feature never-before-published works, so please don't submit a piece that has been published elsewhere (online or in print). If a piece is published after you have submitted it to us, please let us know by emailing submissions@nightingalereview.org.

If we publish your submission, we will give you a free one year subscription to the Review along with two free physical copies and one free ebook version of the volume your work appears in.
